We have announced our 2012 Season!

Come out to our first major (karaoke awesomeness) fundraiser! At the Spot – 4437 N. Broadway, Chicago, IL 60640

$15 gets you bottomless well drinks, select wines and beers, from 8.30pm through 10pm. And there’s karaoke. You know you want to: February 15th.

Proceeds from the fundrariser immediately benefit our epic, collaborative Spring production:
Shakespeare, I Love You: Pericles at the Den Theatre
March 30, 7pm
March 31, 2pm and 7pm
April 1, 7pm

Tickets are $15 general admission, $10 students
Cash only at the door, online advance purchase available soon.

A Sea Shanty and Folk Musical

PLUS: Check out the posts from Managing Director Bohrs Hoff on the Copyright-Free Play project. That side project is a growing archive of copyright-free texts, which I hope to expand from Shakespeare to his contemporaries, to the Greeks and Romans, and possibly others. This will serve friends of Blunt Objects Theatre who are looking to produce low-cost high-quality theatre that is still relevant to our time and place.
